Are the magnets safe for my baby?
Each magnet is sealed inside its own casing and sewn into the placket between layers of fabric with reinforced stitching. There is no way for a baby to reach one. The pull needed to open a closure is easy for an adult hand and hard for small fingers. Every batch is tested to make sure the magnets stay put through washing and wear. If your child has a medical device or implant, or a caregiver has a pacemaker, ask your doctor first.
Do the closures open on their own?
No. They hold through kicking, rolling and crawling, and open with a deliberate pull. If your baby is at the top of a size range, take the next size: less tension on the closure, more room to grow.
What size should I order?
Go by weight and length, not by age. The chart is on every product page. Between two sizes, or a long baby? Take the bigger one. Exchanges are free.
Bamboo or organic cotton?
Bamboo viscose is silkier, cooler and stretchier: the pick for hot sleepers and very sensitive skin. Organic cotton is the soft everyday classic and a little more structured. Many parents keep both, bamboo for nights and cotton for days.
Is bamboo really bamboo?
The fiber is viscose made from bamboo pulp, which is why we label it bamboo viscose rather than just bamboo. It is what gives the fabric its silky feel.
How do I wash them?
Cold, gentle cycle, similar colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Skip bleach and never iron over the magnets.
How long does shipping take?
Orders leave within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 5 to 10 business days after that, with tracking by email. Free over $75, $6.95 below, anywhere in the 50 states.
What if it does not fit?
You have 30 days from delivery. Size exchanges are free. For a refund, send the piece back unworn and unwashed with its tags on and we refund you within 5 business days of receiving it. Bibs can only come back unopened, for hygiene.
How does the 3 for 15% work?
Add any 3 sleepsuits, bodysuit packs or bib packs to your cart and 15% comes off all of them. Make it 6 and it becomes 20%. Any mix of prints, sizes and fabrics. The saving shows in the cart before you pay.
